General Company Information
Wall Street Funded (WSFunded) is a prop firm that offers several funded account models for traders. All plans allow capital from USD 5K up to USD 100K (sizes: 5K, 10K, 25K, 50K, 100K), with a profit share of 80% for the trader. Its main features, conditions, and trading restrictions are described below.
Funded Account Models
WSFunded offers five funding models: Wall Street Rapid, Wall Street Classic, Wall Street Ultra, Instant Funding Standard, and Instant Funding Pro. Each has its own targets and rules:
-
Wall Street Rapid (1 phase): a single-phase challenge with a 10% profit target, with no time limit. Daily loss limit of 4% and maximum static loss of 6%. Mandatory Stop Loss (SL) on every trade, added within 2 minutes. Withdrawal allowed after 30 days of account activation. EAs allowed. 80% profit share for the trader. Available in USD 5K, 10K, 25K, 50K, and 100K accounts.
-
Wall Street Classic (2 phases): two-phase challenge. Phase 1: 8% target; Phase 2: 5% target. No overall time limit. Daily loss limit of 5% and maximum static loss of 8%. Mandatory Stop Loss within 2 minutes per trade. Allows withdrawals starting 15 days after account activation, then every 10 days. EAs allowed. 80%/20% profit split. Available in accounts from USD 5K to 100K.
-
Wall Street Ultra (2 phases): two-phase challenge. Phase 1: 10% target; Phase 2: 5% target. No overall time limit. Daily loss limit of 5% and maximum static loss of 10%. Does not explicitly mention SL, but a similar rule is assumed. Allows withdrawals after 10 days of activation. EAs allowed. 80% split for the trader. Available in accounts from USD 5K to 100K.
-
Instant Funding Standard: immediate access to a funded account. Daily loss limit of 3% of the initial balance; maximum trailing drawdown of 6%. These are “simulated” accounts with fund withdrawal available starting from 15 days, then every 10 days, with a minimum withdrawal of USD 100. Requires flexible strategy and risk management. Consistency: the highest profit day cannot exceed 30% of total profits. Trading without Stop Loss is not allowed. EAs NOT allowed on this plan. Available for accounts from USD 5K to 100K with an 80% profit share (same as the others).
-
Instant Funding Pro: similar to the Standard model, but maximum trailing drawdown of 5%. Daily limit of 3%. Withdrawal from 15 days (rest every 10 days) with a minimum of USD 100. Consistency: highest day not > 15% of total profits. EAs NOT allowed. Available for USD 5K–100K, 80% split.
Each model is available in the five account sizes (5K to 100K) to suit different capital levels. All plans offer an 80% profit share for the trader.
Lot Limits and Drawdown by Account Size
WSFunded establishes maximum lot exposure limits based on account size. On funded accounts, at any time, the total open lots are limited by asset category. The following table summarizes the maximum combined footage per account:
| Account Size | Forex | Commodities/Metals | Indices |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5K | 3 lots | 0.5 lots | 5 lots |
| 10K | 6 lots | 1 lot | 10 lots |
| 25K | 10 lots | 1.8 lots | 20 lots |
| 50K | 20 lots | 4 lots | 40 lots |
| 100K | 35 lots | 7 lots | 70 lots |
These limits apply to the total open positions (e.g., with a 100K account, you can only accumulate up to 35 lots in Forex). Exceeding these limits is penalized (leverage reduction, daily trade limits, loss of the account).
The profit targets and drawdowns detailed above (by plan) are static percentages of the initial balance of each account. In the Classic and Rapid plans, the “maximum drawdown” is static (6–10% depending on the plan). In the Instant plans, the total drawdown is trailing of 5–6% (depending on Pro or Standard), and the daily limit is always 3%.
Trading Rules and Restrictions
WSFunded imposes strict rules to replicate real market conditions:
-
Mandatory Stop Loss: All open trades must have a Stop Loss placed within 2 minutes of opening the position.
-
Trading Idea: Defined as a set of orders on the same instrument with the same logic. You should not risk more than 1% of the initial balance per trading idea. This means the combined risk of several related orders cannot exceed that 1% per idea.
-
Loss Limits: In addition to the drawdowns described, there is a maximum daily loss (3% on Instant; 4–5% on other plans). Exceeding these limits (losing more in one day than the daily maximum or the total drawdown) is considered a serious violation and closes the account immediately.
-
Trading during news and weekends: By default, it is not allowed to open or close trades on instruments affected by “red folder” macroeconomic news within a ±4 minute period around the event. That is, you cannot trade during those 8 critical minutes on the related instrument. Furthermore, you cannot hold trades open over the weekend, unless the “HOLD WEEKEND” add-on is purchased at the start of the challenge. These restrictions apply to simulated funded accounts (post-evaluation phase). Trading during these periods increases risks of slippage, widened spreads, or even unexpected losses.
-
Trading Tools: Expert Advisors (EAs) and cBots are allowed on all challenge plans (Rapid, Classic, Ultra) as long as they follow a permitted strategy. EAs are NOT allowed on Instant Standard/Pro plans. High-frequency trading (HFT), arbitrage, grid, tick scalping, hedge, latency, or “reverse” trading strategies are prohibited.
-
Copy trading: Only manually copying trades between your own evaluation accounts is allowed when the balances are different (e.g., a 5K account and a 25K account) and only during the evaluation phase. It is prohibited to automatically copy trades or copy between funded accounts (your own or others’), or to use external copy tools. Any improper copying is considered a serious violation and can lead to account closure.
-
Use of VPN/VPS: Not technically prohibited, but its use is discouraged because it hinders internal data tracking. If suspicious activity is detected, using a VPN/VPS aggravates the infraction. Prohibited to use a VPN or VPS during the KYC/AML process, as it may invalidate the funding.
-
Trading on your account: Only the account holder (a single trader) can trade on that account. Sharing credentials or allowing another person to trade is prohibited. WSFudit (or Wall Street Funded) monitors “credential sharing” and sanctions its use.
Payment Methods and Withdrawals
To buy a challenge, the platform accepts payments with VISA/Mastercard and cryptocurrencies. If paying with crypto and the payment is not linked in the dashboard, the amount is refunded (in 6–8 hours) to avoid additional fees. Each purchased challenge is activated quickly, and MT4/5 credentials are provided by email.
Profit withdrawals are requested in the user dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is USD 100. For payments under USD 500, cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, ETH, or BTC) is used. For payments over USD 500, the Rise processor is used (bank transfer or crypto options); if Rise does not operate in your country, cryptocurrencies are still used. The company processes withdrawals on weekdays (Mon-Fri, 10:00–15:00 CET). During the evaluation, the account is blocked from trading when the withdrawal is requested, to close open positions.
Traders keep 80% of the profits generated on funded accounts. There are no hidden fees; WSF does not withhold taxes from withdrawals (see next section).
Available Instruments
Wall Street Funded allows trading a wide range of assets. According to official information, the instruments include:
-
Forex (currency pairs like EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDJPY, etc.)
-
Precious Metals (e.g., XAUUSD – gold, XAGUSD – silver)
-
Commodities (crude oil like BRENT, WTI, natural gas, etc.)
-
Stock Indices (e.g., SP500, NAS100, GER30, etc.)
-
Cryptocurrencies (a complete list is not specified, but they usually include BTC, ETH, and others).
Trades on indices or commodities are subject to the same lot limits mentioned. Trading during news on each instrument is restricted according to the calendar (do not trade during high-volatility events for that currency or index).
Promotions and Bonuses
Currently, there is at least one documented active promotion: code “SUN500”. With this code, the evaluation payment is 100% refunded during your first five transactions (refund distributed over 5 payments). It is valid for accounts from USD 5,000 to 50,000. That is, the first five payments for the evaluation are fully refunded, effectively reducing the cost of the challenge.
Tax Policy
WSFunded does not withhold taxes from withdrawals. However, trading profits may be considered taxable income according to each trader’s jurisdiction. It is the operator’s responsibility to declare their profits and pay the corresponding local taxes. It is recommended to consult a tax advisor if you have doubts, as regulations vary by country.
