The firm expressly discourages VPN or VPS use and prohibits sharing devices or access credentials.

• Requirement: An active Stop Loss (SL) is mandatory for every trade from the moment of execution.
• Immediate Action: You must set your SL while opening the position; adding it later is not permitted.
• Soft Breach: Any trade opened without a valid SL will be closed automatically by our system.

There is a No Stop Loss add-on available for purchase, which allows you to bypass this requirement.

A stop loss is not mandatory, but exposure above 10 times the starting capital with more than 50% of trades lacking an SL may be treated as abuse.

A minimum holding time of 5 minutes is mandatory for any trade closed in profit. This rule encompasses every closing scenario, such as manual exits, partial liquidations, and hitting pre-set Take Profit or Stop Loss levels in a profitable state.

Scalping is allowed, but Quick Strike/HFT, extremely short holding times and mass order activity are prohibited.

Maximum of 3 positions on the same pair and direction

A maximum of two simultaneous open positions in the same market and direction within one trade idea.

The account is considered breached after 30 calendar days without opening and closing at least one trade.

• 1-Step FLASH: no consistency rule. Funded accounts have a 3% maximum daily profit cap; once reached the account pauses until the next trading day and the excess is voided (not a breach).
• 1-Step NOVA: 20% ESS required to request a payout.
• 2-Step PRO v2: no consistency rule. Funded accounts cap profit at $3,000 per day.
• Instant Funding: consistency score must stay at 15% or below.
• Instant Prime: 20% ESS required to request a payout.
