Terms and Conditions of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern the use of the website and services of The Godfunded (“we”, “the platform”). By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply alongside our other policies:

2. What The Godfunded does

The Godfunded is an information and review platform focused on prop trading firms. We:

Publish editorial content about prop trading firms (profiles, comparators, news, blog).
Host a community where verified traders can write reviews about firms they have traded with.
Allow firms to claim a panel to reply to reviews and report fake ones.
Earn revenue from affiliate commissions received from firms when a visitor signs up through our links.

We are not a prop trading firm, broker, payment processor, financial advisor, or financial intermediary. We do not provide trading services, capital, or trading accounts.

3. Definitions

Platform: the thegodfunded.com website and all related services (the trader app at app.thegodfunded.com, the firm panel, the public profiles).
Visitor: anyone using the platform without an account.
Trader: a person with a registered account, used to write reviews, mark favourites and upload payout proofs.
Firm: a prop trading company that has a profile on the platform.
Firm representative: an authorised representative of a firm with access to the firm panel of that firm.
Affiliate link: outbound link from the platform to a firm, used to track the visitor for affiliate commission purposes.

4. Eligibility

To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering an account you confirm both.

The platform is offered worldwide, but parts of it (in particular outbound affiliate links to specific firms) may not be available depending on your location.

5. Accounts

5.1 Trader accounts

A visitor can register as a trader providing an email and password, or via Google. We require email verification before any review or proof can be published. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been used by someone else.

One person, one account. You may not create or control more than one trader account, register using another person’s details, or ask third parties to open accounts for your benefit. If we detect several accounts belonging to the same person, we may close all of them and reverse the Respect accumulated in them.

5.2 Firm accounts

Firm accounts are created by us at the request of the firm. We send a temporary password by email; the firm must change it on first login. The firm representative is responsible for keeping access secure and for the contents posted from the firm panel (replies, flag reports).

5.3 Account suspension and deletion

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Reviews Policy. You may close your own account at any time from the app; closing the account removes your personal data subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

6. Reviews, proofs and content rules

Reviews and payout proofs are governed in detail by our Reviews Policy. In summary:

Reviews must be honest, written in good faith, and based on your own real experience with the firm.
Each review requires a valid purchase proof; each payout proof is reviewed manually.
The reviewed firm may not offer, and the trader may not accept from it, any benefit in exchange for a review. TheGodFunded may award Respect for publishing a verified review without rewarding any particular rating, tone or opinion.
Firms can reply to reviews publicly and can report fake reviews; flagging is reserved for fake reviews, not for opinions a firm disagrees with.

You are responsible for the legality of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your reviews and replies on the platform for as long as your content remains published.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law (defamation, hate speech, harassment, spam, content unrelated to the firm, personal data of third parties, etc.).

7. The Family and Respect points

Respect is the internal unit of The Family loyalty programme. It is not money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, an investment or a bank balance. It does not bear interest, cannot be sold or transferred between users, and can only be used for options shown as available on the platform.

Affiliate commissions are TheGodFunded’s own revenue arising from separate commercial agreements with firms. Users do not pay or entrust funds to TheGodFunded in order to participate in The Family and acquire no ownership, beneficial interest, payment claim or other direct right over those commissions. This does not create any mandate, agency, deposit, custody, joint-account or profit-sharing relationship between the user and TheGodFunded. TheGodFunded voluntarily allocates part of its own revenue to fund the programme. Any reference to a commission or percentage is solely a method for calculating a loyalty reward and is not an assignment, refund or payment of that commission to the user.

You may earn Respect through verified purchases made using codes or links attributed to TheGodFunded, missions, valid referrals and other actions identified in the app. Any amount shown before proof is reviewed is an estimate. Respect is credited only when the published conditions are met and, where applicable, after verification. We may reject, correct or reverse points obtained through false data, duplicate or manipulated proof, refunds, abuse, technical errors or a breach of these terms.

Misuse of the programme. Creating, controlling or using multiple accounts to obtain more Respect is strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain Respect through third-party accounts, false identities, invitations to people who do not genuinely take part in the community, mass-produced content, or any method aimed at accumulating points without the real activity the reward is meant to recognise. This includes inviting your own accounts or accounts created for that purpose, and coordinating with other users to exchange invitations, reviews or proof.

Any such abuse may result in temporary account suspension or permanent removal from the platform. We may also cancel points, exclude users from contests and leaderboards, close all accounts involved, and reverse rewards already redeemed where the redemption was funded with points obtained in this way.

TheGodFunded may reward a verified review provided that the reward does not depend on a positive opinion or particular rating. The reviewed firm may not fund, promise or make that reward conditional.

Rewards, accounts, discounts and stock change and are not guaranteed. The applicable cost is the one displayed when confirming a redemption. Once requested, a redemption cannot be cancelled except for an error attributable to TheGodFunded or where required by law. If accounts or other rewards are exceptionally unavailable, the platform may offer an alternative under specific conditions shown before acceptance. That alternative is not permanently available and does not create a right to convert Respect into money. Rewards may have tax consequences depending on the user’s country of residence; users are responsible for their own tax obligations, without prejudice to any reporting or withholding legally required from TheGodFunded.

We may suspend access to the programme while investigating fraud or abuse. We may modify the calculation, ways of earning Respect or catalogue due to changes in affiliate agreements, costs, availability, fraud, security, legal requirements or programme operation. Material changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice and will not affect Respect already credited, except to correct errors, refunds, fraud, abuse or comply with law. If we close the programme, we will give reasonable notice explaining how validly credited points may be used, unless urgent action is required because of fraud, security, legal obligations or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Giveaways and prize draws

Giveaways are open worldwide to people aged 18 or over who hold a single trader account. We do not request identity documents to enter. The tasks, number of entries, prizes, closing date and claim deadline shown on each giveaway page form part of its conditions.

Prizes are supplied or delivered by the partner prop firm identified in the giveaway; TheGodFunded organises the draw, verifies participation, announces the result and coordinates delivery. If the firm requires identity, residence or other KYC checks to open an account, that process takes place directly between the winner and the firm under the firm’s own terms. TheGodFunded does not receive or retain those documents.

Only tasks recorded as complete before closing count. False, duplicate or manipulated proof, multiple accounts and coordination intended to alter entries may result in exclusion and withdrawal of the prize. Rejected screenshots may be appealed for human review while the giveaway remains pending closure.

The result is calculated using the verifiable procedure published on the page: the seed is committed in advance and, on closing, the revealed seed, anonymised entrant list, entries and fingerprint of that list are published. A winner’s name is not published until they accept the prize.

A manually delivered prize must be claimed within the 48-hour period shown in the notice and on the page. If the deadline expires, the prize may pass to the next standby in the order already drawn. Claiming only records acceptance of the prize and permission for the account’s display name to appear in the result; TheGodFunded does not request delivery details or documents. The prop firm handles any required onboarding, data or KYC directly with the winner.

9. Affiliate links and commissions

Many outbound links on the platform are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase with the destination firm, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

Any commission arises solely under the agreement between TheGodFunded and the firm and belongs to TheGodFunded. The user is not a party, intermediary or beneficiary under that agreement and cannot claim its amount or require the firm to pay it. Any award of Respect is a separate decision under the loyalty programme, subject to these terms.

Affiliate relationships do not influence the content of reviews written by the community, our editorial articles, or moderation decisions. We disclose the affiliate nature of these links by routing every outbound link to a firm through /link/<firmId>.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code, editorial content, logos and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or distribute material from the platform without permission, beyond normal browsing and the personal use of links.

User-generated content (reviews, replies, favourites) remains owned by the person who wrote it; by posting it you grant us the licence described in section 6.

11. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the information about firms is always complete, up to date or error-free. We rely on data sources that change frequently and on community input.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Losses or damages arising from your relationship with a prop trading firm (trading losses, payout disputes, account closures, evaluations not passed, etc.).
The accuracy of reviews written by other users.
Outages, errors or unavailability of the platform.
Decisions you take based on information published here.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, consumer rights, etc.).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email and reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change implies acceptance of the updated Terms. The previous version is kept on request.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
