• Eligibility: Traders must demonstrate a monthly profitability of at least 2.5% for the 3 consecutive months.
• Scaling Increase: The account balance is doubled (100% increase) during each scaling event up to $2,000,000.
• Review Cycle: The account is reviewed every 3 months. Traders must make at least one withdrawal within this period.

Over a rolling 3-month period: 15% return, at least 2 of 3 profitable months, and 3 payouts. Balance increases by 25%, profit split rises to 90%, and the account can scale up to $4,000,000.

Only self-developed EAs are permitted. The use of commercial, publicly available, or third-party-created automated trading tools is strictly prohibited.

EAs are allowed when the strategy is the trader's own and does not breach prohibited practices such as arbitrage, HFT, or exploitation of delays and errors.

Hedging within one account is allowed. Hedging positions across multiple accounts to manipulate results is prohibited.

Manual scalping is allowed, but tick scalping, HFT, and strategies exploiting delays or pricing errors are prohibited.

Multiple positions are allowed as part of a legitimate strategy; excessive or coordinated exposure intended to bypass risk rules is prohibited.

Maximum limit of 10 lots per open position. You may open multiple positions, but each individual position cannot exceed 10 lots.

Orion may treat excessive exposure, overleveraging, and other risk practices inconsistent with realistic trading as a breach.

Internal copying between your own AudaCity accounts is allowed. Copying from third-party accounts (other traders, other firms, signal providers) is not permitted.

Copying between your own Orion accounts is allowed. Copying signals, third-party accounts, or external services is prohibited.

Do not open new trades or increase existing ones within 3 minutes before or after high-impact economic releases or official speeches, as this behavior may be considered excessive risk-taking.

Only high-impact FOMC events fall under this restriction; low- and medium-impact FOMC events are exempt. Other major/high-impact news restrictions remain unchanged. This update applies to existing and new accounts across Ability Challenge, Ability One and FTP Instant Funding.

During evaluation there is no timing restriction, but using news as a strategy is prohibited. On funded accounts, Nova, Standard, and Select prohibit opening or closing trades 2 minutes before and after high-impact news. Swing has no timing restriction. Zero allows it, but trades executed within 5 minutes before or after receive a 50% profit split.

6 months

The account may be closed after prolonged inactivity under Orion's current terms.

The formula for calculation of the Consistency Score is: [1 - (most profitable trading day)/(combined profit on all profitable days)]*100:

1. If the score is above 70 then the trader is considered as consistent.
2. If the score lies between 50 - 70 then the risk team will manually review the account and decide whether the trader should continue trading until the score becomes above 70 or pass them.
3. If the score is less than 50, then the trader shall continue trading the account until the score reaches above 50 and then the risk team can take a call.

The 20% Best Day rule applies only to Orion Zero and Orion Nova funded accounts.
