Only self-developed EAs are permitted. The use of commercial, publicly available, or third-party-created automated trading tools is strictly prohibited.

Cross-account hedging (opposing positions on the same instrument across accounts) is forbidden.

Manual scalping allowed with a minimum 5-second hold per trade. Tick scalping and HFT are forbidden.

Martingale strategies (doubling position size after losses) are classified as gambling and forbidden.

Open trades: maximum 3% risk on a single position.

Maximum limit of 10 lots per open position. You may open multiple positions, but each individual position cannot exceed 10 lots.

Outbound copy trading (from your For Traders account to external accounts) is allowed. Inbound copy trading from external sources is strictly forbidden.

Internal copying between your own AudaCity accounts is allowed. Copying from third-party accounts (other traders, other firms, signal providers) is not permitted.

Forex: no new positions within 5 minutes before/after high-impact news events. Existing positions can be held through news.

Do not open new trades or increase existing ones within 3 minutes before or after high-impact economic releases or official speeches, as this behavior may be considered excessive risk-taking.

Only high-impact FOMC events fall under this restriction; low- and medium-impact FOMC events are exempt. Other major/high-impact news restrictions remain unchanged. This update applies to existing and new accounts across Ability Challenge, Ability One and FTP Instant Funding.

Days counted from the moment a position is CLOSED, not opened. Minimal 0.01-lot trades to game the rule don't count.

• Forex Fast: no consistency rule on Challenge; consistency on Master varies.
• Forex Pay After Pass Master: best day cannot exceed 20% of total profit.
• Forex Instant: best day cannot exceed 15% of total profit.
• General gambling rule: passing via a single trade exceeding 70% of profit target is forbidden.

The formula for calculation of the Consistency Score is: [1 - (most profitable trading day)/(combined profit on all profitable days)]*100:

1. If the score is above 70 then the trader is considered as consistent.
2. If the score lies between 50 - 70 then the risk team will manually review the account and decide whether the trader should continue trading until the score becomes above 70 or pass them.
3. If the score is less than 50, then the trader shall continue trading the account until the score reaches above 50 and then the risk team can take a call.
