• Smart Drawdown (6%): Trails upward with equity gains. Once account reaches +3% profit, drawdown locks permanently at -3% of starting balance.
• Trailing Drawdown (8%): Trails the High Water Mark (highest of balance or equity). After first payout, resets to 4% trailing from the new balance.

Cleo challenges (One Step, Flex)
Static drawdown calculated from initial balance. Customizable from 3% to 8%. One Step: 5% default. Flex: 3% default.

Recalculated daily at 00:30 UTC from the closed balance at that time, excluding open positions, and monitored against equity. Requesting a payout widens that day's limit by the payout amount.

Bybit challenges: Daily maximum loss is half of the total loss limit. Calculated from starting balance at 12:05 AM UTC and does not change during the day until next daily reset.

Cleo challenges: Daily drawdown varies by selected plan and configuration (3-4%).

Exploiting errors or latency, insider information, front-running, third-party or off-the-shelf strategies, switching strategy after passing, cross-account arbitrage, trades hard to replicate live (auto-deleveraging risk or extreme swings), copying others' ideas, account sharing or trading several accounts from the same household, device or IP, and hedging across accounts or traders. It leads to account closure and loss of profits.
