The rulebook provides for account resets and upgrades; only the owner purchases them on shared accounts. Pricing is not published.
A paid reset may be offered for failed evaluations, subject to the options available in the dashboard. It restarts the evaluation and all trading-day counters. A Two-Step reset from Phase 2 returns the trader to Phase 1. Reset fees are non-refundable.
Level 1: 3 payouts and 10% lifetime net profit, capital at 125% of its original amount and split up to 85%. Level 2: 6 payouts and 20%, capital at 150% and split up to 90%. Each qualifying payout may require a 1% gross distribution of current capital. $500,000 aggregate cap; a higher starting split is not reduced.
- Instant Funding: after achieving 10% profit within 120 days, 5% is paid to the trader and 5% is used to double the account. Scaling is requested on demand and can reach $1,000,000.
- One-Step and Two-Step: after achieving 10% cumulative profit within 90 days, the account grows by 25%, up to twice its starting size.
Static against starting capital and enforced on equity, including floating losses. It does not rise with profits or reset after payouts. Touching the floor breaches the rule.
- Instant Funding: 10% Smart Drawdown. After reaching 5% profit, the loss floor locks at 5% below the milestone balance.
- One-Step: 6% standard; 8% with the Extra 2% Drawdown Room add-on.
- Two-Step: 8% standard; 10% with the Extra 2% Drawdown Room add-on.
At 00:00 UTC, the percentage applies to the greater of starting capital and closed balance. Floating losses and costs count. A paid payout resets the allowance for the rest of the day using the remaining balance; the withdrawal is not a trading loss.
- Instant Funding: Smart Drawdown applies instead of a separately published fixed daily percentage.
- One-Step: 4%.
- Two-Step: 5%.
The daily limit is measured using equity and resets at midnight UTC.
Unlimited evaluations; up to 2 active Instant accounts. The funded-capital cap includes Instant, scaling and shared capital attributed to each member.

No maximum time limit to complete the evaluation.

Bots and algorithmic execution allowed, subject to API limits; spam, overload and latency exploitation prohibited
Self-developed bots and EAs are allowed when the trader can prove ownership of the strategy. Public or third-party bots are prohibited. Cleo does not currently support external bots, although its built-in semi-assisted tools may be used.
Privacy or security use allowed; not to bypass restricted jurisdictions, sanctions, bans or account controls
Within the same account where supported by the engine. Coordinated opposite positions across accounts to guarantee passing or payouts prohibited.
Recommended. During the funded stage, consistently trading without stop losses may be considered poor risk management.
No minimum holding time; exploiting stale prices prohibited
Tick scalping performed with manipulative intent or to exploit execution conditions is prohibited.
No fixed risk-per-trade percentage or per-position margin-percentage cap; available margin, leverage, market limits and account-loss limits still apply. Up to 100 simultaneous positions in CAS-1.0.
Each trade must keep its realized loss below 3% of account equity at the time it was opened, both per partial close and cumulatively. In the funded stage, individual positions are capped at 1x account balance on Instant Funding and 2x on One-Step/Two-Step; cumulative exposure is capped at 2x and 3x respectively. The first position-size or exposure violation receives one five-minute correction window.
Between owned accounts and through the authorised built-in copier. One source per destination, no chains; unavailable on shared accounts. Never share credentials.
Copying or mirroring trades from other accounts, platforms, signal services or third parties is prohibited during both evaluation and funded stages.
News trading is allowed. Daily and maximum drawdown limits and all other risk rules remain active during volatile events.
Possible closure after 90 consecutive days without trading in evaluation, funded and Instant accounts
Deactivation after 30 days without trading. Email warning after 14 days of inactivity.
Funded stage only. The best day must account for less than 25% of total profit on Instant Funding, 30% on One-Step and 40% on Two-Step. Exceeding the threshold delays payouts until compliance; it does not close the account.
Overnight and weekend holding allowed while the market remains tradable
Positions may be held overnight, through weekends and for as long as the strategy requires.
Latency, stale-price, technical-error or impossible-fill exploitation; coordinated risk-free cross-account hedging, abusive account farming, wash trading, spoofing, manipulation, API-limit evasion and third-party management outside authorised features.
Prohibited practices include latency or gap exploitation, external or delayed data feeds, arbitrage, manipulative HFT, group trading, account mirroring, cross-account hedging, account rolling, grid trading, manipulative tick scalping, disproportionate position sizing, unauthorized third-party account management and manipulation of Bybit API keys, balances or challenge parameters.
