Basic and Accelerated: static within each iteration. Turbo: trailing highest equity, including floating PnL. Each payout starts a new iteration and recalculates the threshold; Turbo also reduces its high-water mark. Reaching a limit closes the account and forfeits accumulated profit. Basic funded accounts retain second-phase conditions.

Two drawdown types available (3-8%):

• Smart Drawdown (6%): Trails upward with equity gains. Once account reaches +3% profit, drawdown locks permanently at -3% of starting balance.
• Trailing Drawdown (8%): Trails the High Water Mark (highest of balance or equity). After first payout, resets to 4% trailing from the new balance.

VPN or anonymisation must not be used to bypass access restrictions.

Allowed within one account. Opposite positions in the same asset across accounts are prohibited. If one account holds both directions, that asset cannot be traded on another account.

Allowed. With the API option, profit from full or partial closes within 60 seconds of the last opening or increase is excluded; losses, commissions and funding count in full. No minimum holding time is published without this option.

All trades must be held for more than 50 seconds. Tick scalping is prohibited.

Allowed. US stocks switch to close-only 5 minutes before and after US macro releases. Dividends and splits can force closures and restrictions from 1 hour before to 1 hour after. Check the terminal calendar.

After 90 consecutive days without trades, the account is frozen; support can reactivate it. No automatic closure or loss of balance.

Bybit API access period is 90 days. Reminder emails are sent starting 10 days before expiration. If not renewed within that period, the account will be restricted and cannot be reactivated.

Turbo and API accounts: best day below 30% of total period profit. On API accounts this also gates each phase transition. No account closure: keep trading until compliant.

Stability Score (Bybit challenges only): No single trading day's profit can be equal to or greater than the stability threshold of total profits.

Violating the rule does not breach the account. The trader must continue trading until the best day's profit falls below the threshold.

Allowed subject to market schedules. US index positions opened or increased Friday 15:00-16:59 New York are closed at 16:59; GER40/EU50 window 14:00-15:59, closing at 15:59. The whole position closes; older positions without increases remain. Crypto trades 24/7.
