• If the 30% limit is exceeded, payout processing is delayed until additional trades bring the percentage back under the limit.
• Trades held for 5+ hours before a high-impact news release are NOT considered News Trades.

Funded phase — Instant Funded accounts

• News trading is strictly prohibited by default: having any open trades during a high-impact news event results in account termination.
• Timing restriction: no opening, closing or triggering pending orders within 5 minutes before / 5 minutes after a high-impact news event (10-minute window). Applies even with the add-on.
• Optional Hold Through News (15% Add-On): allows positions opened outside the 10-minute window to be held through high-impact events without breaching the account.

Closure after 8 calendar days without trading. Opening or closing a trade resets the timer; an open position pauses it.

The 30-day inactivity period begins on the day the account is purchased, not from last activity. If no trades are placed within this period, the account is automatically failed for inactivity and permanently closed (no restoration). Applies to Challenge and Funded accounts.

Core: 30% funded and Instant, none during evaluation. Rapid: 40% during evaluation and none when funded according to checkout and payout-specific help. The rule measures the best day against total profit and resets after each payout.

Pro accounts (1-Step & 2-Step)

Default: Largest profit day must not exceed 50% of total profits. With 30% Consistency Score Add-On: threshold increases to 30%.

Instant Funding

Largest profit day must not exceed 15% of total profits.

Instant Flex: 15% consistency score.

Weekend holding permitted on all account types (Pro and Instant Funded). Positions can be held across the weekend on all instruments, including crypto. No forced Friday flatten. Gap risk and widened spreads around the Asian open still apply; swap fees still charged.
