1-Step and 2-Step keep a static daily limit. On Instant PineX and Instant Elite, the limit trails the daily balance/equity high.

Eligible accounts may be combined up to USD 600,000. Instant accounts cannot be combined with Direct Funding.

Each training phase lasts 999 calendar days from activation, with the exception of the RF Instant program which has no time limit. Marketing materials describe this as 'unlimited time' for most programs.

1-Step: 3 evaluation days and 4 profitable days of at least 0.5% for payout. 2-Step: none in evaluation and 4 on the PineX Account. Instant PineX: 5 days of at least 0.5%. Instant Elite: 6 days of at least 0.5%.

PineX Points: 1 point per euro spent, redeemable for accounts, add-ons, discounts and rewards.

Multiple accounts are allowed. Eligible traders may combine them up to USD 600,000 in active allocation.

EAs, bots, scripts and tools that automatically open, close or manage trades are not allowed.

The firm expressly discourages VPN or VPS use and prohibits sharing devices or access credentials.

A stop loss is not mandatory, but exposure above 10 times the starting capital with more than 50% of trades lacking an SL may be treated as abuse.

Scalping is allowed, but Quick Strike/HFT, extremely short holding times and mass order activity are prohibited.

A maximum of two simultaneous open positions in the same market and direction within one trade idea.

Instant PineX: maximum 2% of starting capital per trade idea. Instant Elite: maximum 1% floating loss. No fixed per-trade percentage applies on 1-Step or 2-Step, but the general excessive-risk rules still apply.

Mirroring, third-party executed signals and copying between accounts are prohibited.

Positions on the affected instrument cannot be opened or closed during the 5 minutes before and after red-folder news. Automatic SL or TP closures also count.

The account is considered breached after 30 calendar days without opening and closing at least one trade.

Instant PineX applies a 20% rule: the best day must represent less than 20% of the period's profit. 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Elite have no consistency rule.

Allowed on Instant PineX and Instant Elite. Not allowed on 1-Step or 2-Step.
