Every quarter, you may request an account scaling if you meet the following conditions:

• You achieve a total profit of 25 percent.
• You generate at least an 8 percent gain in each individual month.

Once approved, Top One Trader will increase your capital by 25 percent of your original account balance, up to a maximum of 5 million dollars.

If you meet the requirements of the scaling plan, your funded star account will be increased by 30% of its original size.

• Requirement: An active Stop Loss (SL) is mandatory for every trade from the moment of execution.
• Immediate Action: You must set your SL while opening the position; adding it later is not permitted.

There is a No Stop Loss add-on available for purchase, which allows you to bypass this requirement.

A minimum holding time of 5 minutes is mandatory for any trade closed in profit. This rule encompasses every closing scenario, such as manual exits, partial liquidations, and hitting pre-set Take Profit or Stop Loss levels in a profitable state.

When not allowed, it is prohibited to execute or close any trade within the window of 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after a high-impact news event.

Trading 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the event is prohibited ( this is a soft breach and will not result in your account being breached).

Trading during this window will result in a deduction of the profit that you made on that particular trade.

Executed trades during this period that lead to a loss won't be compensated.

Executing a trade refers to initiating or closing a market order, as well as triggering any pending order, including stop-loss and take-profit instructions.

• 1-Step FLASH: no consistency rule. Funded accounts have a 3% maximum daily profit cap; once reached the account pauses until the next trading day and the excess is voided (not a breach).
• 1-Step NOVA: 20% ESS required to request a payout.
