Prime 1 Step and Prime 2 Step only: the fee is refunded in full once the account has been funded for 30 days and is in profit. Edge and Instant have no refund.
Fees are non-refundable once the account is created and access is granted. If payment is taken but no account is delivered, Fundex reviews the case individually.
No fixed fee published. Any processing or network fee is shown before you confirm; bank and network charges are paid by the trader.
First payout on demand once funded (on Instant, after the first trade). Then every 7 days; every 14 on Instant Go.
On demand, with no fixed windows, waiting periods or limit on request frequency. Fundex states that most requests are processed within 60 minutes and all within a maximum of 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
No guaranteed time: the payout policy neither promises nor estimates one. Every request gets an automatic receipt and every payout a verifiable certificate.
Only with the Weekend Holding add-on. Without it, crypto positions are also closed at 4:45 PM New York time on Friday.
At most $2,000 per account in any 7 days; the rest stays on the account for the next request.

Paid add-on with a fixed price per size, from $9 (2.5K) to $146 (200K). Reviewed if profit comes mainly from positions held through the rollover.
Voluntary evaluation reset with no open positions: a new account at 20% off the current price. After a breach, a paid restart for 7 days. Funded accounts can buy a reset while under 10% of the max loss has been used.
Weekend Holding (20% of the fee) and Swap-Free (fixed price per size). Bought with the account and non-refundable.
Automatic 90-day cycles: +30% size (up to 680K; 340K on Instant) and +5 split points. They require 50 trades, 12% net (1 Step), 10% (2 Step) or 15% (Instant), 2 of 3 profitable months (all 3 on Instant and Prime), no trade above 7.5% of profit (5% on Instant and Prime) and no warning.
Static on every plan: the floor stays fixed below the starting balance and is measured on equity, floating loss included. Touching it ends the account.
- 2-Step Classic: Evaluation uses a 10% static maximum drawdown from the starting balance, measured on equity and reset when Phase 2 begins. Once funded, a 10% drop from the original balance while in B-Book causes a permanent breach.
- 2-Step Pro: 8% static maximum drawdown.
- 1-Step Classic: Static evaluation drawdown based on starting balance and measured on equity, including open positions.
Edge rises 5 points per scaling cycle up to 95%; Instant Pro up to 90%; Instant Go up to 85%. Prime moves to 100% after 30 days funded and does not rise with scaling. Each strike pays the next payout at 10%.
2-Step Classic starts at a 70% trader profit split. 2-Step Pro starts at 80%. The split applies to eligible A-Book profits generated above the starting balance and after clearing any prior B-Book offset; on 2-Step Pro it is calculated when the payout is requested. Fundex's legal terms state that payments are discretionary bonuses rather than a fixed contractual split.
1-Step Classic: the trader profit split is shown in each challenge and is calculated when the payout is requested.
One free Edge 1 Step 100K for 14 days under the paid rules, after KYC approval. It never funds or pays out; passing it gives a 20% code valid for 30 days.
A free $1,000 Test Account is available to eligible traders who do not currently hold a Fundex account. It uses Fundex Terminal only, with a 10% target, 5% daily drawdown, 10% maximum drawdown and 5 minimum trading days. Profits cannot be withdrawn and completion rewards may vary.
Evaluation: reaching the daily or total loss threshold causes a breach. Funded: permanent breach follows four consecutive unrecovered B-Book switches, or a 10% decline from the original balance while the account is in B-Book.
Measured from the previous day's closing balance (5 PM New York), floating loss included. Touching it ends the account.
Evaluation: the daily loss limit is recalculated at 00:00 UTC from the balance at that time and measured on equity, including open positions. The applicable percentage is shown in each challenge. There is no daily loss limit at the funded stage.
$1.5M per person across all CFD and futures accounts.
One user per person, with as many accounts as the $1.5M limit allows. Up to 5 accounts per order, with a 10% to 25% bundle discount.
Multiple evaluations and accounts are allowed. Total funded allocation is capped at $400,000.
Funded accounts can be merged provided their combined balance does not exceed the $400,000 maximum allocation.
No time limit in the evaluation or once funded.
No maximum time limit.
- 2-Step Classic: 5 days in each evaluation phase. To count, at least one trade must be opened with a notional value of at least 5% of the account balance before leverage.
- 2-Step Pro: No minimum trading days.
- 1-Step Classic: 5 evaluation trading days. A day counts only if at least one trade has a notional size of at least 5% of the account balance before leverage.
Profitable day: a close at +0.5% of the account size. To pass, 3 on 1 Step and 2 per phase on 2 Step. Before each payout: 3 (1 Step), 2 (2 Step), 5 (Instant Go) and none on Instant Pro.
Only EAs the trader developed and controls, and can explain and show running. Bought, rented or subscription bots are prohibited.
EAs and automated systems are allowed when the underlying strategy is the trader's own. Arbitrage, HFT, martingale, grid, environment-exploitation and external trade-replication systems are prohibited.
Hiding your location with a VPN, proxy or remote desktop is prohibited and triggers a new identity check. Your own EA on a VPS is allowed if disclosed.
Within one account, yes. Prohibited across accounts, yours or others', and against other firms or brokers.
Hedging or arbitraging across Fundex accounts, or between Fundex and external accounts, is prohibited. The website does not clarify internal hedging within one account.
Yes. Once funded, trades under 120 seconds may make at most 20% of profit from the tenth closed trade; above that, payouts pause until it is back under. Not measured in the evaluation.
- 2-Step Classic: During evaluation, every trade must remain open for at least 3 minutes, including when TP or SL is triggered. The first violation generates a warning and later violations may cause a breach. There is no minimum holding time once funded.
- 2-Step Pro: No minimum holding time during evaluation or once funded.
- 1-Step Classic: Every evaluation trade must remain open for at least 3 minutes, including TP/SL closures. The first violation generates a warning; repeated violations cause a breach. No minimum holding time once funded.
Grid and martingale strategies that add exposure into losses are prohibited.
Max. Exposure: open notional may not exceed 5,000% of the balance at 2.5K down to 1,000% at 200K. Once funded, no trade may float more than 2% of the starting balance in loss (1.5% on Instant). Each gives a warning that, if the account is in profit, resets it to the starting balance; the second ends the account. Instant: max 1.5% floating loss per symbol.
During both evaluation phases, a single trade cannot lose more than 3% of the balance, including floating losses. The first violation generates a warning. This limit does not apply once funded.
1-Step Classic: Position exposure is measured as notional value relative to equity. Per position, up to 25% is compliant, over 25% through 40% generates a warning, and above 40% is a violation subject to review. Total simultaneous exposure during evaluation: up to 50% is compliant, over 50% through 80% generates a warning, and above 80% is a violation. Once funded, total exposure above 60% is a violation.
Only to copy your own trading: between your own CFD accounts or from your own master account at another broker or firm. Signals and third-party accounts are prohibited.
Allowed at every stage. Straddling is prohibited: opposite or offsetting positions on the same or correlated instruments within 15 minutes of a red or amber release; the risk desk reviews it.
30 days without a closed trade ends the account.
No best-day rule. A single trade may not exceed 60% of profit; if it does, payouts pause until it is back under. On funded Prime, every 7 days the trade count and volume per instrument must stay within ±25% of the average, or the account moves to a standard funded account.
Only with the add-on. Without it, positions are closed at 4:45 PM New York time on Friday: the first time is a warning, the second ends the account.
