The mechanism depends on the product: static on Standard, Swing, and Select; trailing with a lock on Zero and Nova funded accounts.
Edge rises 5 points per scaling cycle up to 95%; Instant Pro up to 90%; Instant Go up to 85%. Prime moves to 100% after 30 days funded and does not rise with scaling. Each strike pays the next payout at 10%.

EAs are allowed when the strategy is the trader's own and does not breach prohibited practices such as arbitrage, HFT, or exploitation of delays and errors.

Yes. Once funded, trades under 120 seconds may make at most 20% of profit from the tenth closed trade; above that, payouts pause until it is back under. Not measured in the evaluation.
Manual scalping is allowed, but tick scalping, HFT, and strategies exploiting delays or pricing errors are prohibited.
Multiple positions are allowed as part of a legitimate strategy; excessive or coordinated exposure intended to bypass risk rules is prohibited.

Max. Exposure: open notional may not exceed 5,000% of the balance at 2.5K down to 1,000% at 200K. Funded accounts also have a max floating loss per trade. Each gives a warning that, if the account is in profit, resets it to the starting balance; the second ends the account. Instant: max 1.5% floating loss per symbol.
Orion may treat excessive exposure, overleveraging, and other risk practices inconsistent with realistic trading as a breach.

Copying between your own Orion accounts is allowed. Copying signals, third-party accounts, or external services is prohibited.
Allowed at every stage. Straddling is prohibited: opposite or offsetting positions on the same or correlated instruments within 15 minutes of a red or amber release; the risk desk reviews it.
During evaluation there is no timing restriction, but using news as a strategy is prohibited. On funded accounts, Nova, Standard, and Select prohibit opening or closing trades 2 minutes before and after high-impact news. Swing has no timing restriction.
