• Fast Track: later payout goals after the first payout are $1,000 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K, $3,000 on 100K and $4,500 on 150K.

• 1-Step evaluation: a discounted reset can be purchased within 14 calendar days of a breach.
• 1-Step Funded: up to 2 resets before the first payout, within 14 days of the breach; each costs 5 times the evaluation fee.
• Instant: no standard reset; the same size can be repurchased at a reduced price within 3 calendar days of a breach.

• Legacy Qualification: resets cost $78. Active recurring Legacy subscriptions keep the free reset available on their renewal date.
• Momentum Qualification: reset available; price not announced. A reset does not extend the 30-calendar-day validity.
• Fast Track: no reset option.

• 1-Step: EOD trailing, based on the highest end-of-day balance; it locks at the initial balance once the Profit Buffer is reached.
• Instant: intraday trailing, following the highest balance or open equity.
• Reaching the maximum drawdown is a hard breach.

• Legacy No Scaling Account: real-time Trailing Drawdown.
• Legacy EOD Account: End-of-Day Drawdown.
• In Legacy Master accounts, both thresholds stop moving when they reach the initial balance +$100.
• Momentum and Fast Track Option 1: Trailing Drawdown.
• Momentum and Fast Track Option 2: EOD Drawdown.
• The amount for each account appears in the challenge table.

Calculated from the end-of-day balance. A breach is soft: positions are closed and trading stops for that day; the account is not failed. The new daily limit on 25K 1-Step evaluations applies only to new purchases; existing accounts retain their original rules.

Legacy:

Only EOD accounts have a Daily Loss Limit. If it is reached, trading is paused for the rest of the day without being treated as a rule breach. It stops applying when the maximum drawdown reaches the initial balance.

Momentum and Fast Track:

Option 1 has no Daily Loss Limit. Option 2 has a Daily Loss Limit where specified in the challenge table.

• Unlimited Qualification accounts.
• Shared limit of 5 Master-level accounts across the Bulenox products.

Applies only to 1-Step Funded accounts and must remain in the account: $1,000 on $25K, $2,000 on $50K, $3,000 on $100K and $4,500 on $150K. Each payout also requires new profit equal to 1% of the initial balance above the buffer. Instant accounts use a recurring payout milestone instead: $1,450, $3,000, $5,000 and $8,000 respectively.

Unlimited evaluation accounts. Total funded allocation across 1-Step and Instant accounts is capped at $1,000,000.

No time limit for the 1-Step evaluation. Accounts close after 15 consecutive calendar days without a trade.

• Legacy and Momentum Qualification: 30 calendar days from activation.
• Fast Track: not applicable because there is no Qualification.

The 1-Step evaluation can be passed in one trading day.

• Legacy Qualification: 1 trading day to pass. Legacy Master: 10 trading days before payout.
• Momentum Qualification: 1 trading day to pass. Momentum Master: 5 qualifying profitable days per payout cycle.

A profitable day requires at least 0.25% of the initial account balance in realised profit.

• Momentum Master: 5 qualifying profitable days per payout cycle.
• Fast Track: no minimum profitable-day requirement.

One-time purchase fee. No subscription or automatic rebilling, and no activation fee after passing.

• Legacy Qualification and Momentum Qualification: one-time purchase with no recurring subscription; valid for 30 calendar days.
• Active Legacy subscriptions opened before August 17, 2026 remain under their existing subscription terms.
• Fast Track has no Qualification stage.

• First $10,000 in eligible cumulative profits per trader profile: 100% to the trader.
• Thereafter: 90% to the trader and 10% to Bulenox.
• The first-$10,000 threshold is shared across accounts and products.

The Rithmic 14-day free trial (equivalent to 10 trading days) is offered directly by Rithmic and is available only to traders who have not previously registered or used Rithmic services.

Once the funded account is achieved, all active master accounts must be merged into a single funded account.

Only EOD accounts have scaling.

Bots, EAs and personal automated strategies are allowed if they do not exploit latency, feed errors or the simulated environment.

Connections must remain stable and verifiable. VPNs, proxies or location masking are prohibited when they impair identity, location or account-control checks.

Hedging within one account is allowed, including mini versus micro positions. Opposing or correlated hedges across separate accounts or prop firms are prohibited.

Microscalping is allowed, but no more than 50% of total profit may come from trades held for less than 30 seconds.

Allowed when used responsibly within contract and drawdown limits. Aggressive exposure may be reviewed as gambling behaviour.

Allowed only between accounts personally owned and controlled by the same trader, including their accounts at other prop firms. Third-party signals, accounts and copy services are prohibited.

Allowed without restrictions during the 1-Step evaluation. On 1-Step Funded and Instant accounts, orders cannot be opened, closed or triggered from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news.

15 consecutive calendar days without a trade is a hard breach and permanently closes the account.

No consistency rule during the 1-Step evaluation. At payout, one day may represent at most 40% of cycle profit on 1-Step Funded accounts and 20% on Instant accounts.

• Legacy Master: 40%.
• Momentum Master: 35%.
• Fast Track: 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% from the third onward.
• No consistency rule applies during Qualification.

Positions cannot be carried through the Friday close into the Sunday reopen.

Hedging across accounts or platforms; latency, feed, spread or exchange arbitrage; account or device sharing; coordinated/group trading; copying third parties; spoofing, layering and market or order-queue manipulation; volume inflation or artificial trades; HFT and algorithmic exploitation; non-viable simulated-fill strategies; gambling/account rolling; news straddling; and gap or illiquid-market exploitation.

All open positions are automatically closed at 15:55 CT, five minutes before the daily close.
