The split
The profit distribution varies significantly depending on the chosen plan:
- IQ Capital Futures: Offers a highly competitive 90/10 split on its Core and Instant accounts. For the Rapid plans, the split is 80/20.
- Earn2Trade: Generally operates on an 80/20 split. However, for accounts between $25K and $200K, if your profits are below the established threshold for your account size, the split drops to 50/50. Their $400K Career Path account has a fixed 60/40 split.
How often you can withdraw
Speed is where these two firms diverge most clearly:
- IQ Capital Futures: Provides multiple speeds. The "Rapid Daily" plan allows withdrawals after just one active session. The "Rapid 3D" plan requires 3 sessions, while "Core" and "Instant" accounts require 10 active sessions between withdrawals.
- Earn2Trade: Withdrawals are processed on-demand, but they are only handled once a week, specifically on Wednesdays.
Minimums and methods
Getting your money out involves different logistics for each firm:
- Earn2Trade: Has a clear $100 minimum withdrawal. They offer a wide variety of methods including Rise, Deel, Bayzat, and Direct Crypto. Note that withdrawal fees apply: $50 for non-US customers via Rise/Deel, or 1.5% for US customers via Rise. Crypto carries a 0.735% fee.
- IQ Capital Futures: Does not publish a specific minimum amount. They process payments via Bank Transfer or Crypto (specifically USDC ERC-20). They advertise a 48-hour processing guarantee; if they fail, you receive a 100% split for that specific withdrawal.
What delays a payout
Several rules can act as roadblocks or "speed bumps" on your way to the first dollar:
- Consistency Rules: Earn2Trade applies a 30% consistency rule during the evaluation (no single day can exceed 30% of total profit). IQ Capital Futures applies a 30% rule to funded Core/Instant accounts and a 40% rule to Rapid accounts, which resets after each payout.
- Trading Style Restrictions: IQ Capital Futures enforces a strict "15-second rule" for scalpers; at least 50% of your trades and profits must come from positions held longer than 15 seconds. Earn2Trade allows scalping but forces you to follow a "Progression Ladder," which limits the number of contracts you can trade based on your current balance.
- Inactivity: IQ Capital Futures will close your account after 8 calendar days without trading activity.
- Drawdown: Both firms use End-of-Day (EOD) trailing drawdowns during the evaluation. However, Earn2Trade switches to a live trailing drawdown once you reach the "Live" funded stage.
What it takes to get there
To reach that first payout, you must first navigate the entry costs and evaluation hurdles:
- The Investment: IQ Capital Futures offers a "Welcome Offer" for as low as $9. Their standard evaluations range from $195 to $1125. For those who want to skip the evaluation, "Instant" accounts cost between $1745 and $3495. New purchases (post-Oct 2026) do not have monthly renewal fees.
- Evaluation Structure: Earn2Trade uses a monthly subscription model ($150 to $550 per month). This is a recurring cost until you pass. Passing requires reaching a profit target (approx. 6-7%) with no minimum trading days.
- Platforms: Earn2Trade is a powerhouse for compatibility, supporting almost every major futures platform (NinjaTrader, TradingView, ATAS, Bookmap, etc.). IQ Capital Futures is more focused, supporting Deepchart, ATAS, Quantower, Tradovate, TradingView, and NinjaTrader.
- Assets: Both firms are dedicated to Futures (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX), but IQ Capital Futures also lists Forex, Indices, and Crypto in its broader tech info.
Which pays out more comfortably
IQ Capital Futures is the choice for the "impatient" or high-volume trader. If you can respect the 15-second rule and the 8-day activity window, the ability to withdraw daily (in Rapid plans) and the 90% split (in Core plans) offers the fastest and highest return on your trading skill.
Earn2Trade is more comfortable for the "career" trader who wants maximum platform flexibility and isn't in a rush. Their weekly payout is stable, and while their split is lower, they don't have the 15-second trade duration restriction, making them friendlier for pure tick-scalpers who can handle a position ladder.
