Summer Plan: The EOD calculation uses the higher of balance or equity. Reaching the daily loss limit permanently terminates the account.

Each training phase lasts 999 calendar days from activation, with the exception of the RF Instant program which has no time limit. Marketing materials describe this as 'unlimited time' for most programs.
