Regarding capital refunds, the company has detailed the following progress on their execution:
- Card Refunds: The process is expected to be fully completed by the end of today.
- Crypto Refunds: These are currently being handled manually, which involves a significant operational workload and longer waiting times.
Automation of Crypto Processes
ATFunded's management team is currently in discussions with their crypto merchant. The goal of these negotiations is to implement an automatic refund system to speed up returns and eliminate the need to process each request manually.
