Darwinex Zero has introduced a new feature allowing traders to import their track record from a live MT4 or MT5 account held with another broker. This option is available during the calibration phase, prior to the creation of the trader's DARWIN.
Technical requirements and procedure
The platforms must match for the import to be successful: MT4 accounts must be linked to MT4, and MT5 accounts to MT5. The process requires the server address, login credentials, and the read-only investor password of the external account.
Scope and limitations
Trades are imported up to the date of the user's sign-up with Darwinex Zero. Any positions remaining open on that specific date are automatically closed in the simulation to ensure data consistency.
Impact on calibration
While importing a track record shortens the initial calibration period, these historical trades do not count toward the DARWIN rating. Additionally, the imported data is not considered for eligibility in the GOLD capital allocation program.
