No new position may be opened from 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after a high-impact news event, and only on the instruments it affects: those priced in or built on the release currency, plus gold, silver, US indices, oil and USD-quoted crypto for US releases. Existing positions may be held and closed. A 15% add-on removes the restriction.
