GoatFundedTrader Updates Copy Trading Rules and Reduces Minimum Trade Duration

Goat Funded Trader has implemented significant changes to its operational policies, now allowing copy trading between all accounts held by the same user. This update includes the ability to copy trades between evaluation and funded accounts in both directions, applying to both existing accounts and new purchases. Copy Trading Restrictions While internal copying between a user's own accounts is permitted, the firm maintains strict prohibitions regarding the source of signals. Copying trades from other traders remains prohibited, as does copying between GFT accounts and external broker platforms or other funding firms. Reduction in Minimum Holding Time The company has adjusted the minimum duration a trade must be held for its profits to be eligible for withdrawal, reducing it from two minutes to one minute. This measure takes effect for funded accounts linked to purchases made starting October 6, 2026, at 00:00 UTC. Conditions and Exceptions for Time Limits Previous Purchases: Accounts purchased before the specified date maintain the two-minute requirement, even if they undergo a reset process. Evaluation Phases: This minimum time requirement does not affect accounts in the evaluation phase. Treatment of Results: If a trade lasts less than the stipulated time, its profits are excluded from the withdrawal, but any losses will still be counted. Executing trades below the minimum time limit is not considered a breach of account rules and does not lead to account termination.
