Finotive Launches Industry-First Risk Transparency Dashboard

Finotive has announced the official launch of its Risk Transparency Update, a new feature integrated directly into live trader dashboards. This update aims to provide complete visibility over account metrics, eliminating ambiguity regarding compliance and risk management rules through a real-time monitoring system.

Key Features of the Real-Time Risk Dashboard

The new interface allows traders to monitor their account status through several dynamic tracking tools that were previously hidden or confined to legal documents:

  • Live Drawdown Tracking: Real-time updates for Daily and Max Drawdown limits, with specific markers showing the exact distance to the breach level.
  • Strike System Alerts: Visual notifications indicating the current number of infractions (e.g., 2/5 strikes) and explicit warnings about potential payout reductions.
  • Volume and Exposure Metrics: Gauges for Notional Volume, Floating Drawdown, and volume limits.
  • Recoverable Payout Rules: Tracking for compliance parameters such as scalping limits, liquidity abuse (capped at 60%), and position concentration.

Automated Manual Review Triggers

The dashboard now tracks specific behaviors that trigger manual reviews automatically. This includes monitoring trades opened less than 10 seconds apart or positions held for less than 60 seconds, allowing traders to adjust their strategy before committing serious violations.

The 9 Manual Review Rules

To ensure regulatory transparency, Finotive has detailed the nine specific behaviors that lead to formal account reviews:

1. Strategy and Trading Restrictions

  • News Straddling: Detection of orders placed during high-impact news event windows.
  • Arbitrage: Identification of latency arbitrage or execution abuse.
  • Hedging Structures: Monitoring of opposite-direction positions or correlated structures across multiple accounts under the same user UUID.

2. Account Integrity and Tools

  • Anomalies: Tracking IP, device, or location changes that may require enhanced KYC processes.
  • Allocation Bypass: Monitoring for the use of false details or third-party services to exceed capital allocation limits.
  • Unauthorized Tools: Flags for signal services, copy services, or account pass services.

3. Technical Compliance

  • Coordinated Trading: Identification of mirrored trading between different users via advanced similarity matching.
  • Swap-free Misuse: Monitoring profits derived from swap-free advantages as a share of total realized profit.
  • EA Compliance: Verification of EA approval status and trade contribution percentages.
