Fintokei has announced significant updates to its evaluation programs, effective July 15. These improvements focus on accelerating access to funded accounts and optimizing operational conditions for swing traders.
SwiftTrader: A Faster Path to Payouts
The SwiftTrader program, designed to skip the two-step evaluation, is now more accessible. The most notable change is the reduction of the profit target from 10% to 6%, making it easier to reach the funded stage in a shorter timeframe.
Key Operational Changes
- Minimum Period: Reduced from five to just three trading days.
- Time Limit: A maximum of 60 days is now set to complete the challenge.
- Consistency: A 3% daily profit cap (based on starting balance) has been introduced to encourage stable risk management during the evaluation phase.
- Risk Management: Daily loss limit is set at -2%, with a static maximum loss of -3%.
Pricing and Rewards
Entry fees have decreased across all account sizes. For instance, the $50,000 account is now priced at $299 (down from $369). Additionally, a new $5,000 account size has been introduced starting at $44. To balance these improvements, the performance reward is now adjusted to 90%.
ProTrader Swing: Optimized for Long-Term Trading
The ProTrader Swing program receives its biggest upgrade yet, focusing on removing frictions for positional and long-term traders.
Swap-Free Trading
The most significant upgrade is the complete elimination of swap fees. Traders holding positions for days or weeks will no longer see their profits eroded by overnight costs, allowing for a total focus on the strategy.
Flexibility and Protection
- New Sizes: The offering has expanded, now available from $5,000 up to $200,000.
- Daily Loss Calculation: Remains based on balance (closed trades) rather than equity, providing more breathing room during market fluctuations.
- Leverage: Set at 1:25 to better manage risk regarding potential weekend gaps.
- Unlimited Time: The program continues to offer unlimited time to complete the evaluation phases (8% for Phase 1 and 6% for Phase 2).
