SureLeverageFunding Standardizes News Trading Rules and Introduces Add-on Option

news-trading prop-firm product-update trading-conditions

SureLeverageFunding has announced a significant update to its news trading policy across all evaluation programs. Moving forward, trading "red folder" news events is prohibited within a window of 5 minutes before and after the announcement.

Rule Standardization and Add-on Options

This update standardizes the firm's rules, removing previous inconsistencies where some challenges permitted news trading while others did not. However, traders purchasing Instant Funding Static or 1 Step accounts can now select an add-on at checkout to enable news trading on those specific account types.

Policy Implementation

The new restriction applies only to accounts purchased after this update. Users with accounts acquired prior to the change will retain their original trading conditions. The firm advises traders to review the full rules in the FAQ section for detailed information.

SureLeverageFunding has announced the reopening of its Instant Funding Zero program after the initial 1,000 spots were fully claimed. Due to high demand from the trading community, the prop firm is making an additional 1,000 spots available for traders looking to access capital immediately without undergoing an evaluation process. Features of the No Profit Cap Program This specific version of the program stands out by removing common industry operational restrictions. The confirmed conditions for these new spots include: No profit cap. No consistency rules or minimum trading days. No lot size limits. Profit split of up to 100%. 24-hour payout guarantee. Direct Access and Limited Availability The Instant Funding Zero model allows users to start trading directly with a funded account, bypassing the typical waiting periods associated with evaluation phases. SureLeverageFunding Removes Restrictions on Instant Funding Zero Accounts

SureLeverageFunding has announced a significant update to its "Instant Funding Zero" program, removing several of the most common restrictions for traders. This restructuring aims to simplify access to profits and offer a trading environment free of technical conditions. Key Changes to the Instant Funding Zero Model The revised program introduces three major improvements that directly affect profit management and daily operations: No Payout Cap: The maximum limit on the amount of profits a trader can withdraw has been removed. No Minimum Trading Days: It is no longer necessary to trade for a specific number of days before becoming eligible for a payout. Removal of Consistency Rules: The firm has eliminated mandatory consistency metrics, allowing for greater flexibility in trading styles. Availability and Conditions for Current Users These new conditions are strictly limited to the first 1,000 accounts purchased following the announcement. It is important to note that users who purchased their accounts prior to this change will remain under the previous rules in their existing contracts.

SureLeverageFunding Removes Critical Stop Loss and Lot Consistency Rules

SureLeverageFunding (SLF) has announced a significant update to its operational rulebook, removing several of the restrictions that caused the most friction among its users. These changes apply automatically and retroactively to all firm accounts, both new and existing, without the need for updates or additional payments. Removal of Operational Restrictions The firm has confirmed the definitive removal of three regulations that limited trader flexibility: Stop Loss Requirement: It is no longer mandatory to place a stop loss on trades. Previously, traders had to set one within 5 minutes of opening a position. Lot Size Consistency: The rule requiring position sizes to stay within a range based on historical averages (maximum +100% and minimum -75%) has been eliminated. Margin Rule: The firm has also announced the removal of this restriction, simplifying margin conditions within the account. Profit Consistency Remains in Effect It is crucial to distinguish that while lot consistency has been removed, Profit Consistency remains active. This rule limits the maximum percentage of profit a trader can generate in a single day relative to the total payout period, and it varies by account type: 1 Step Evaluation: 50% limit per day. 2 Step, Instant Funding Static, and EA Challenge: 25% limit. Instant Funding Trailing and Buy Now, Pay Later: 20% limit. Instant Funding Lite: 15% limit. Futures Style 1 Step Pro: 40% limit in the funded stage. Other Details and Current Rules The firm has signaled the return of Full Port Accounts, although specific details regarding their conditions or costs have not yet been published. On the other hand, the rest of SLF's regulations remain unchanged. Tick scalping (trades under 2 minutes), HFT, latency arbitrage, and the use of martingale strategies remain prohibited. Additionally, the inactivity rule remains in place, requiring at least one trade or pending order every 30 days to keep the account active.
