CoinGlass is the go-to website for seeing what is happening in crypto futures: liquidations, open interest (how many contracts are open), funding (what longs or shorts pay) and the long/short ratio, aggregating data from the major exchanges. Almost everything is free. It has been around since 2019.
We read its website, its Prime and API pages, and the 8 reviews it has on Trustpilot.
| Plan | Price | Main features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | Almost the whole site, with ads |
| Prime | $28 a month, $78 a quarter or $268 a year | Full liquidation heatmap and auto refresh |
Source: CoinGlass website, checked on 9 October 2026. Prime is non-refundable. For now it only works on the website, not the app.
It scores 2.2 out of 5 from 8 reviews, but almost all are from victims of a scam using the name "Coinglass" as an investment platform: they were asked for thousands of dollars as a "deposit" to withdraw their money. The real CoinGlass is a data website, holds nobody's money and does not let you invest. Trustpilot also shows a notice from the UK financial authority (FCA) about a company called "CoinGlass Limited".
If someone offers you an investment with CoinGlass, it is a scam.
For a crypto prop firm trader it is one of the most useful tools on this list, and free: the liquidation heatmap and open interest help you see where price may accelerate on BTC and ETH. It does not replace your analysis, but it gives context the chart alone does not show.
CoinGlass is essential for anyone trading crypto futures, and almost everything it offers is free. Prime is only worth it if you use the liquidation heatmap a lot.
Who it is for: any crypto futures trader, including prop firm traders.
Who it is not for: anyone looking for long-term on-chain data.
