TrendSpider: information and detailed review

TrendSpider is a technical analysis platform that does a good part of the work for you: it automatically draws trendlines, detects patterns, scans the market, tests strategies without code and runs bots. It is built mainly for stocks, though it also covers futures, forex and crypto.

We read its pricing page (in the archived September 2026 copy, because its website blocks automated reading) and 289 of its 899 Trustpilot reviews.

What it offers

Trading with your prop firm

TrendSpider connects to over 30 brokers and exchanges through SignalStack, a separate service included for manual trading. Its website does not name prop firm platforms like Rithmic, Tradovate or MetaTrader, so for most prop firm traders it is an analysis tool, not an execution one.

Data

For individual traders, real-time stocks, ETFs, forex and crypto data are included. Real-time futures cost $7.50 a month extra.

Verdict

TrendSpider is a powerful tool for finding trades and testing ideas without code, especially in stocks. For a futures or forex prop firm trader it adds little that TradingView does not already offer, and costs considerably more.

Who it is for: stock traders who want scanners, automated analysis and bots.

Who it is not for: prop firm traders looking for an execution or order flow platform.
