LuxAlgo is known for its TradingView indicators: it publishes many for free and sells three paid "toolkits" (Signals & Overlays, Price Action Concepts and Oscillator Matrix) seen on charts everywhere. In 2026 it changed course: it is now above all its own charting platform, Vela, with over 800 indicators, order flow and Quant, an AI that codes indicators and strategies for you. The company is LuxAlgo Global, LLC.
We read its pricing page, its full documentation and 382 of its 1,703 Trustpilot reviews.
On Premium or higher, you enter your TradingView username on its website and the toolkits appear under "Invite-only scripts". TradingView's free plan is enough. The Essential plan, although paid, does not include the toolkits on TradingView: it only gives the library inside Vela.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (per month) | Main features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | Free | Free indicators, 500 AI credits |
| Essential | $39.99 | $24.99 | Full library on Vela, live futures |
| Premium | $67.99 | $39.99 | The 3 toolkits on TradingView, webhooks |
| Ultimate | $119.99 | $59.99 | 25,000 credits, 1 year of order flow |
| AI Ultra | $229.99 | $119.99 | 100,000 credits, full history |
Source: LuxAlgo documentation, checked on 9 October 2026. These are list prices: there is almost always a deal on the first yearly payment.
The most important things before paying:
It scores 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 1,703 reviews. Our review analysis above breaks it down.
Indicators do not trade for you: they help you read the chart. If you use alerts to send automatic orders to your account, check first whether your firm allows automation; in our profiles, 21 of 85 forbid it and 18 limit it.
LuxAlgo has popular, well-documented indicators, and its free side is worth it. The paid side is expensive for what it adds, the company is pushing towards its new platform and AI, and the way it bills renewals draws many complaints.
Who it is for: traders who already use its free indicators and want the full toolkits on TradingView, with the renewal under control.
Who it is not for: anyone looking for signals that tell them when to enter, or anyone who does not want to risk an unexpected yearly renewal.
We read 382 of its 1703 reviews (the 200 most recent plus every 1 to 4 star review), on 9 October 2026.
Three well-known toolkits on TradingView, many free indicators, its own charts with order flow and an AI for building strategies. Experienced traders see the paid indicators as barely better than the free ones.
★★★★★“Indicators for amateurs. I used to think they were really good until I started learning more about this type of products.”
The indicators work and there are no complaints about serious technical bugs. Criticism is that signals arrive late or are not enough on their own, and about Quant, its coding AI, burning thousands of credits without finishing the task.
★★★★★“The algorithm reacts too slowly to market changes, so the signals arrive after the move.”
It is the main complaint: automatic yearly renewals of $300 to $900 with no prior notice, renewals at full price after a deal and 30-day guarantee refunds that never arrive.
★★★★★“The first year of Lux Algo was $311.92 The second year of auto renew turned into $479.88”
Users like the videos explaining every indicator and setting. Some newcomers get lost among so many tools.
★★★★★“they make videos and walkthroughs of LITERALLY every indicator and setting and what it does.”
An AI agent answers first. Many 2026 five-star reviews thank a human agent who solved the issue after the bot; negative ones describe emails unanswered for weeks.
★★★★★“was just getting run around and around with the AI Agents!”
It publishes prices, full documentation and a lot of open source code. But in 2026 almost all five-star reviews arrive by invitation and from new accounts, and one user reports being blocked for criticising on TradingView.
★★★★★“I was charged for an annual subscription without receiving any renewal reminder or notice.”
It replies to six in ten negative reviews, almost always pointing out that auto-renewal is in its terms and that it applies its refund policy.
Can you trust these reviews?
Nine in ten five-star reviews come from accounts with one or two reviews, and in 2026 three in four arrive through invitation links, many after a support chat. Trustpilot shows no alert.
