Edit or remove a review
Change your review once, or ask us to remove it.
Edit
You can edit a published review once.
- Go to My reviews.
- Press Edit (1 time) on the review.
- Change the text and press Save changes.
The public page shows the new version with an Edited mark. The original text is kept on record, and you can still see it in My reviews with View original.
After that single edit the review can no longer be modified.
Remove
Press Remove on the review.
- If it is not published yet, it is removed straight away.
- If it is already published, you must give a reason of at least 10 characters. Our team reviews the request. The review stays visible until they decide.
If our team removes your review
If a firm reports your review as fake and our team agrees, it is removed and you will see a note on it. If you disagree, contact us.
