Trade your Respect for accounts, discounts and exclusive products.
Go to The Family > Shop. Products are grouped by firm and by collection.
What you can get
The catalogue changes with availability:
- Prop firm accounts from firms we work with.
- Discounts.
- Exclusive products negotiated only for The Family.
Each product shows its cost in Respect and, when stock is limited, how many are left. Products marked Out of stock can be seen but not redeemed.
How to redeem
- Open the product.
- Press Redeem points.
- Check the details and press Confirm points redemption.
The Respect is deducted when you confirm. We email you the credentials or the code as soon as we process it.
Your redemptions
Your redemptions appear under My points redemptions:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending delivery | We are processing it. |
| Delivered | You have received it by email. |
A redemption cannot be cancelled once requested, except for an error on our side. The cost that applies is the one shown when you confirm.
