Trademetria review

Researched and written by TheGodFunded2 min read

Trademetria is a low-cost trading journal with a free plan that also tracks your investment portfolio. It covers stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto and CFDs, and can be installed on your phone as a web app.

We read its pricing page, its compatible platform table and all of its Trustpilot reviews, of which there are only 12.

How it works

  1. Import your trades by uploading a file or, on the Pro plan, with automatic sync.
  2. Each day and each trade has its journal, with a text editor, images and charts showing your buys and sells.
  3. Reports show your key metrics, your best instruments and strategies and how you do by time or market conditions.
  4. Paid plans include a simulator that projects your results.
  5. The Pro plan adds artificial intelligence: an assistant and automatic summaries.

Prop firm platforms

Trademetria publishes a clear table of how it imports from each platform:

  • Automatic sync (Pro plan only): MetaTrader 4 and 5, and Tradovate.
  • File upload only: cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, NinjaTrader, ProjectX, TopstepX, Rithmic, Quantower, Sierra Chart, ATAS and FTMO history.

It is one of the few journals that accept DXtrade and Match-Trader, even if only by file.

No card is needed to start and you can cancel at any time. If you run several prop firm accounts, you need Pro, the only plan with more than one account.

What users say

Trademetria scores 4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, but from only 12 reviews, half of them arriving through company links or invitations. Our review analysis above breaks it down.

  • Support is the most praised part: it replies right away.
  • Accurate imports from Sierra Chart or Tastytrade, according to several users.
  • Two criticisms in 2026: the Pro plan's automatic sync did not work for one user, and another says Fidelity reports were not as promised.

Verdict

Trademetria is a cheap, simple option with a free plan and fast support, and one of the few that accepts DXtrade and Match-Trader files. But it has no prop firm-specific features, and for almost all its platforms you will need to upload files manually.

Who it is for: traders on a tight budget who want a complete journal and do not mind importing by file.

Who it is not for: anyone wanting automatic sync with futures platforms or to monitor their prop firm rules.

Alternatives

  • TradesViz: similar price and with rules for 20 prop firms.
  • TradeZella: more expensive, with a prop firm spending and payouts dashboard.
  • Edgewonk: complete stats with yearly billing.

What people say about Trademetria on Trustpilot

We read 12 of its 12 reviews (every review on its page. there are only 12, so it is not a representative sample), on 9 October 2026.

4.0 Trustpilot score
3.8 Based on what they say
Features 3.6

Journal, reports, outcome simulator and portfolio tracking for every market. AI and automatic sync are Pro only, and with prop firm platforms sync only exists for MetaTrader and Tradovate.

Reliability 3.4

Most say imports are accurate, for example from Sierra Chart or Tastytrade. The two negative ones, from 2026, say the Pro plan's automatic sync did not work and Fidelity reports were not as promised.

★★★★★“The so called 'automatic sync' with your broker DOES NOT WORK.”
Value for money 4.0

Ease of use 4.0

A clear, easy dashboard with customisable colours and reports.

Support 4.3

The most praised part: several reviews name the same support person and highlight quick replies.

See review
★★★★★“I once had a technical question about importing data and it was answered immediately by customer support”
Transparency 3.6

It publishes a clear table of which platforms import by file and which sync. But it has very few reviews, and half arrive through company links or invitations.

What people like

  • Free plan and low prices
  • Fast support
  • Clear table of compatible platforms

What people criticise

  • Sync and AI only on Pro
  • Most prop firm platforms, file only
  • Very few reviews
