Traders Connect review

Researched and written by TheGodFunded10 min read

Traders Connect is a cloud trade copier that handles CFD and futures accounts at the same time. You trade on one account, the "master", and it copies every order to your other accounts, the "slaves", even on different platforms. It can copy, for example, from a Rithmic futures account to a Tradovate account and an MT5 account at once. Few copiers bridge both worlds.

We read its entire documentation, its website (pricing, FAQ, platforms and legal terms), 209 of its 505 Trustpilot reviews, around thirty Reddit threads and the copy trading rules of nineteen CFD and futures prop firms.

Who is behind it

The company is TC Services L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai, and it bills through a payment agent in London. Its terms are governed by UK law and the courts of England and Wales. The website has run since 2022.

What to know from its terms before paying:

  • Its liability is limited to what you have paid. It is not liable for lost profits or indirect damage.
  • Beta features are at your own risk. There is no refund or compensation for bugs in a beta. And there is an unusual clause: it forbids publishing negative reviews of a beta product, and warns that anyone who does will be removed without notice. Note that several important pieces have been or still are in beta: cTrader in 2024, TradeLocker, equity protection and email alerts.
  • Cancelling does not refund the current period. If you downgrade, the difference becomes credit, and that credit cannot be refunded.
  • They can close your account without notice if they believe you breach the terms.

Three episodes worth knowing

Before the features, three facts that come up in reviews and on Reddit, and that the company acknowledges in its replies:

  • January 2024. MetaTrader 5 accounts could not connect for almost a week. One user pointed out that the website claimed not to use third parties while its status page mentioned an "external team" working on the connector.
  • July 2025. It removed MetaTrader 4 and 5 with about 48 hours' notice. It explained it as "a dispute" it could not detail. There were complaints about slow or partial refunds. MetaTrader is back on its list today, and there are 2026 reviews using it.
  • September 2026. The Match-Trader connection was down for more than three days. The company blamed the platform; the user was not convinced.

How it works

Everything runs on its servers: you install nothing, need no VPS and can switch your computer off. You connect your accounts, create a copier with one master and as many slaves as you like, and switch it on. New copiers start disabled, so nothing is copied by mistake while you set them up.

  • Connection. cTrader and Tradovate connect through their official login, without handing over your password. On MetaTrader, the master can use the investor password, which only lets it watch; slaves need the full password.
  • Speed. Its website mentions 20 to 30 milliseconds. On Reddit someone quotes 40. For scalping they recommend market orders, not limits.
  • Dedicated environment. For an extra fee, your accounts run on a server of your own, with its own IP and machine ID. It is sold with prop firms that monitor IPs in mind.
  • Emergency tools. One button closes every position on an account, and another pauses the copier for a while.
  • Mobile. There is no app yet; they announce it "very soon" for iOS and Android.
Traders Connect symbol mapping screen: unmapped symbols from the master account on the left and symbols already mapped to their slave names on the right
Image: Traders Connect, from its documentation. Each broker names some assets differently; if they are not mapped, the trade is not copied.

Which accounts it works with

Market Platforms What you should know
CFD MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, DXtrade TradeLocker in beta. Its documentation says it can only be a slave; its website does not say
Futures NinjaTrader, Tradovate, ProjectX, Rithmic Paid through a separate plan

You can copy from CFDs to futures and back, with accounts in any currency and mixing live and demo. Automatic symbol mapping only works for currencies; indices, stocks and the rest must be mapped by hand.

How it sizes trades

The multiplier is a percentage: 100% copies the same size, 50% half, 200% double. There are five methods:

  • Fixed lot. Always the same size.
  • Lot multiplier. A percentage of the master's size.
  • Balance multiplier. Risks the same percentage of balance as the master.
  • Fixed balance multiplier. Always calculates from a fixed master balance, so the slave grows with its own balance.
  • Fixed % risk (beta). Risks a percentage of the slave per trade, but needs the master trade to have a stop.

You can also adjust the lot by adding or subtracting an amount, force the broker's minimum or maximum, align contract sizes between brokers, change any setting for a single symbol, filter by magic number, comment, direction or size, limit copy hours and add a fixed or random delay to each order.

Watch out for two risky options:

  • Reverse copying. Opens the opposite of the master. Many firms treat it as hedging across accounts.
  • Strict Close. Ignores the master's closes and only closes the slave at its own stop or target. If you trade without them, the slave stays open.

Which orders it copies

It copies market orders and, if you enable them, pending orders, stop loss and take profit. If you do not, the slave closes when the master closes. Its documentation warns that copying pending orders between different brokers can fail because each has its own price, and recommends letting them fill at market in that case. When creating a copier you can also copy trades that were already open.

Equity protection

It is in beta. Per account you can set a maximum loss as a percentage or amount, an absolute minimum equity and the same for profit. When triggered, it disables the copier, closes copied trades or closes everything. Its website says it monitors equity around the clock. Alerts for disconnections and failed copies arrive by email (also in beta) and, according to the website, by Telegram.

Pricing and terms

Plan Price What it includes
CFD Standard $10 a month per account Cross-platform copying and equity protection
CFD Premium $15 a month per account The above, with lower latency and priority support
Futures, "Pay as you grow" $30 a month 20 futures accounts; $2 per extra account
Futures, "Unlimited" $120 a month Unlimited futures accounts

Extras: a CFD dedicated environment for $30 a month (one account, $10 per extra) and a futures one for $25 with unlimited accounts, and the results analyzer for $29.99 a month, MetaTrader only.

Worth reading twice:

  • On CFDs, the master is charged too. One master and one slave are two accounts: $20 a month. Several reviews complain they did not realise this.
  • Only the futures copier has a free trial, of 10 days. The CFD one does not. One user paid $60 on the day they thought they were trying it for free: they had also bought a CFD plan.
  • Paying yearly gives you two months free, and six months, one.
  • Its documentation shows old prices ($15 for one account, $10 each from two). The website is what counts.
  • Paying with crypto buys prepaid credit, not a subscription.
  • The current period is not refunded. One user says 10% was deducted when they got their money back.

What prop firms say

Traders Connect connecting to your account does not mean you are allowed to use it. This is what the official rules say at the firms we track.

CFD firms

Firm Copy trading What you need to know
E8 Markets Allowed Between your own accounts, including personal ones
FundedNext Contradictory Its help center allows it between accounts of the same person; its terms forbid it without written authorisation
The5ers Allowed between your accounts Copying other traders or accounts is forbidden
FundingPips Allowed between your accounts Only between FundingPips accounts in your name

Goat Funded Trader Almost forbidden Only between funded accounts
Dolvero Forbidden Not even between Dolvero accounts
Fundex Restricted No trading from VPS or datacenter IPs

Futures firms

Firm Copy trading What you need to know
Alpha Futures Allowed Only between your own accounts
Blue Guardian Futures Allowed, including external copiers Opposite positions across accounts are forbidden
E8 Futures Allowed Hedging across accounts is forbidden, even if they are all yours
FTMO Futures Allowed between your accounts Each account must follow its own rules
FundedNext Futures Allowed, including with other firms They may ask you to prove every account is yours
The5ers Futures Limited Only 25K and 50K accounts, up to $75,000 in total
Top One Futures Allowed Up to 10 or 20 accounts, depending on the plan
Earn2Trade Forbidden They can refuse accounts and withdrawals if you used a copier

Source: each firm's help center or official terms, checked on 8 October 2026. Rules change: check your firm's page before copying.

The real risk is flipping your position. When you go from long to short, the copier sends orders account by account, and for a fraction of a second some accounts are long and others short. On Reddit there are several cases of traders whose accounts Take Profit Trader closed for exactly that, with different copiers. The most repeated advice: close everything first, then open the new position.

What users say

It scores 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 505 reviews. More than a third of those we read arrived through an invitation link, and positive reviews surge from June 2026. Remember too the clause forbidding public criticism of betas. Our review analysis above breaks it down.

What comes up most:

  • It is easy to use. Some users prefer it to Duplikium and Social Trader Tools for how clear the interface is.
  • Chat support responds, but only during UK hours: 8 to 23 on weekdays with an afternoon break, and 10 to 17 at weekends. The engineering team, they say, works around the clock.
  • When it fails, it fails on every account. Closes that did not reach the slaves, a partial close on futures that fully closed every account, and an entry 80 pips away from the master on gold.
  • The company asks for details to locate the account. In many replies it says it cannot find the user.

How to use it well

  1. Test on demo accounts first, and check sizing with a pending order far from the price, as its own documentation recommends.
  2. Turn on email alerts for disconnections and failed copies.
  3. Set equity protection on every slave, below its firm's daily limit.
  4. Do not flip positions. Close, then open.
  5. Do not use reverse copying or Strict Close with prop firm accounts.
  6. Map non-currency symbols by hand before trading.
  7. If your firm monitors IPs, consider the dedicated environment.
  8. Check its status page if something is not copying.

Alternatives

  • Duplikium: more settings and more years on the market, but no Match-Trader or TradeLocker and a harder interface.
  • Social Trader Tools: MetaTrader only, priced in account bundles.
  • Tradecopia: if you only trade futures, with unlimited accounts at a flat price and a desktop option.
  • Tradesyncer: cloud futures copier with a journal included.

Verdict

Traders Connect is one of the few cloud copiers that connects almost every CFD platform prop firms use, including Match-Trader and TradeLocker, plus futures, all in one panel. It is easy to set up, cheap with a few CFD accounts, and its futures plan, with 20 accounts for $30, is competitive.

What holds us back is its track record: it has left whole platforms without service for days, removed MetaTrader with two days' notice, and its terms forbid public criticism of betas. If you use it, have a plan B, turn on alerts and never leave the accounts unwatched.

Who it is for: traders with prop firm accounts on Match-Trader, TradeLocker or DXtrade, or who mix CFDs and futures, and want something simple to set up.

Who it is not for: anyone who needs guaranteed stability on MetaTrader, anyone who does not want to rely on beta features, and anyone who needs support at any hour.

Review analysis

What people say about Traders Connect on Trustpilot

We read 209 of its 505 reviews (every 1 to 4 star review and the 171 most recent 5 star ones), on 8 October 2026.

4.6 Trustpilot score
3.7 Based on what they say
Features 4.1

Users like equity protection with daily targets and limits, the dedicated environment with its own IP and mixing CFDs and futures in one account. They missed per-symbol risk (later added) and the mobile app, announced as coming soon.

See 2 reviews
★★★★★“With daily drawdown limits, profit protection, and automatic actions like closing trades or disabling the copier, the system creates a true safety net around my account.”
★★★★★“I was slightly disappointed to discover that risk can only be set per account, not per symbol.”
Reliability 3.3

Many say it copies fast and almost always correctly. But there are three serious episodes: almost a week without MetaTrader 5 in January 2024, the removal of MetaTrader 4 and 5 with 48 hours' notice in July 2025, and more than three days without Match-Trader in September 2026. In 2026 there are also complaints about closes not reaching followers on futures and a partial close that closed every account.

See 3 reviews
★★★★★“Only twice did the accounts fail to connect automatically. However, customer service assisted with the connection, and it was completed on the same day.”
★★★★★“They gave a 48-hour notice that MT accounts would no longer be supported, without any explanation or further communication.”
★★★★★“I was trading 17 micro contracts on my master account and, after taking just 2 contracts off the position, every one of my slave accounts unexpectedly closed their positions in full.”
Value for money 3.6

With few accounts it is cheap, and the futures plan with 20 accounts for $30 is competitive. Complaints are about billing: some did not realise the master account is also charged, a $60 charge on the day of a free trial, and refunds minus 10% or only partly paid.

See 2 reviews
★★★★★“So, despite advertising the service at $10/month, the actual cost to use the trade copier with one slave account is $20/month.”
★★★★★“Confirmed the exact monthly cost ($40/month for my setup)”
Ease of use 4.3

The interface is described as clear and setup as quick, and several users compare it favourably with Duplikium and Social Trader Tools. The recurring snag is sizing: some lost money over a misunderstood multiplier and ask for better explanations.

See 2 reviews
★★★★★“Nice UI - easy to navigate and clear information.”
★★★★★“I had a drawdown because of incorrect lot size calculations.”
Support 4.2

Seven in ten 5 star reviews mention support, often after fixing a connection or a setup question. Negative reviews repeat something else: chats cut off when support hours end, replies blaming the broker or the master account's connection, and refunds that take weeks.

See 2 reviews
★★★★★“Recently, one of my prop firms questioned the IP addresses used during copy trading. As soon as I contacted Traders Connect, Monray took ownership of the issue.”
★★★★★“So convienient isn't it? It's like they don't want any burden of responsibility.”
Transparency 2.6

Its weakest point. Its terms forbid publishing negative reviews of beta features and warn of removal without notice, and on Trustpilot it reminded users complaining about a beta of exactly that. In 2024 a user pointed out it claimed not to use third parties while depending on an external team for MetaTrader 5. Many replies say the user cannot be found in its system.

Positive · 4 and 5

Almost all talk about support or ease of use. They surge from June 2026, and four in ten arrive through an invitation link. The longest describe setups with many accounts and praise equity protection.

Mixed · 3

Few: they ask for per-symbol risk or a clearer website, or regret the MetaTrader removal, but value the speed.

Negative · 1 and 2

They cluster around three events: the 2024 MetaTrader 5 outage, the July 2025 MetaTrader removal and, in 2026, failed closes on futures and the Match-Trader outage. Many end in a refund dispute.

How Traders Connect replies

It replied to 33 of the 209 analysed reviews, almost all negative. Until 2025 the tone was combative: it corrected the user, said it could not find them or reminded them not to criticise a beta. Since mid-2026 replies are longer and more conciliatory, but still ask for details to locate the account.

To a complaint about a beta connection
“BETA users are not then expected to leave negative TrustPilot reviews.”
On the MetaTrader removal
“MT was removed due to a dispute, unfortunately we cannot provide further information at this time.”
To a 1 star review
“Leaving a 1* review unfortunately damages our reputation for an issue beyond our control, and ultimately makes it harder for a business to survive in what is already a very tough time.”

Can you trust these reviews?

More than a third of the analysed reviews arrive through an invitation link, and half of the 5 star ones come from accounts with one or two reviews. Positive reviews surge from June 2026. On top of that, its terms forbid public criticism of beta features, which may hold back negative reviews. Negative reviews are specific and match in dates. There is no Trustpilot alert.
