Tradesyncer is a cloud-based futures trade copier. You trade one account, the lead, and Tradesyncer replicates every order on the rest of your accounts, the followers, even when they sit at different prop firms and platforms. It is one of the most used copiers among funded futures traders: the company talks about more than 25,000 users and more than 50 supported prop firms.
We read its full documentation (62 help articles), its terms of service, 306 Trustpilot reviews, around thirty Reddit threads and the copy trading rules of eleven futures prop firms. This is what we found.
Tradesyncer is a Dutch company, Tradesyncer B.V., based in Amsterdam. It was founded by four partners (Ivan, Rodin, Eduard and Rachmat) after one of them could not find a reliable copier for futures accounts across several prop firms. It runs a sister site, PropFirmSyncer.com.
Two things in its terms worth knowing before you pay:
It is not a broker and gives no signals: it is software only. It is not registered with any financial regulator (CFTC, NFA, SEC, FCA or AFM), and says so openly.
You connect your accounts and choose which one leads. From then on, every time you open, modify or close an order on the lead account, Tradesyncer copies it to the followers with the size you set for each one.
What it does not do: you cannot copy someone else's accounts. Its terms forbid managing accounts that are not yours and "reverse trading".

Tradesyncer connects to your accounts through their provider:
| Connection | How it connects | What you should know |
|---|---|---|
| Tradovate (and NinjaTrader) | Your login, via OAuth | Limit of 5,000 requests per hour (see below) |
| Rithmic | Username and password | Usually one session per login: if you get "already logged in", close the other platform |
| dxFeed and CQG | Username and password | Copying between dxFeed and other connections causes more issues, according to users |
| ProjectX (TopstepX and others) | ProjectX API key, paid separately (about $14 to $29 a month, according to users) | Follower only. You cannot open ProjectX with that login while it copies |
| Hyperprop | API key | Imports the accounts from all your firms at once |
The ProjectX point is a recent and important change. ProjectX now allows one session per login only. That is why a ProjectX account cannot lead: it would need two sessions at once, yours and Tradesyncer's. Its website, on the Topstep page, still says you can use TopstepX as lead. Its help center says the opposite. Trust the help center.
Each connection is one broker login. If you have Apex accounts under one login and Tradeify accounts under another, they are two connections even though both are Tradovate. This matters because plans limit connections.
Contracts. It copies 38 futures: indices (ES, NQ, YM, RTY and their micros), currencies, energy, metals, agriculturals and Micro Bitcoin. You must import the contract, and the right expiry, in the panel before you trade.
Size per account. Each follower can have a multiplier (x2 copies double) and can switch from mini to micro, but only for three pairs: ES and MES, NQ and MNQ, YM and MYM. Watch out for a detail that catches many people: the multiplier is set per contract and per expiry. When you roll to the next expiry, it goes back to x1 and you have to set it again.
It copies market, limit and stop orders, and simple brackets: one entry with one take profit and one stop loss. It does not copy multi-target brackets, stop limit orders, trailing stops, auto breakeven or auto trail. If you use them, your accounts drift apart. It also does not copy a stop order dragged to the other side of the price to fill instantly, and a limit or stop order placed on the wrong side of the price may not copy.
On top of that, brackets do not reach every platform the same way:
If your firm caps contracts or positions, the copied order is rejected on that account and the follower is left out. Tradesyncer cannot prevent it: check each account's limits before raising multipliers.
To avoid trouble there is a mode called Market Execution Only. It only copies filled orders, always at market. It greatly reduces failures and Tradovate limits, at the cost of entering at a different price than the lead.
Tradovate allows only 5,000 requests per hour, and each order, modification or cancellation counts once per account. Copying to 20 Apex accounts and moving the stop a few times can use it up. When that happens, orders get stuck and followers drift. If you also reconnect many times in a row, Tradovate can penalise the connection and leave you unable to copy for a while. According to Tradesyncer, Rithmic and dxFeed do not have this limit.
Included in the price, at no extra cost:
| Plan | Monthly | Paid yearly | Connections | Accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49 | $34/mo | 2 | 10 per connection (20) |
| Pro | $99 | $69/mo | 4 | 20 per connection (80) |
| Flex | $149 | $104/mo | Unlimited | 120, expandable |
An account only uses a plan slot once you set it to follow the lead. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the days left.
What generates the most complaints, and is worth reading twice:
Tradesyncer working with your firm does not mean you are allowed to use it. This is what the official rules of the futures firms we follow say:
| Firm | Copy trading | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha Futures | Allowed | Only between your own accounts. They suggest the smallest account leads |
| AquaFunded Futures | Allowed on Flex accounts | Every account must be yours |
| Blue Guardian Futures | Allowed, also with external copiers | Opposite positions across accounts are forbidden |
| E8 Futures | Allowed | Hedging across accounts is forbidden, even your own |
| FTMO Futures | Allowed between your accounts | Each account must meet its rules on its own |
| FundedNext Futures | Allowed, also with other firms | They may ask you to prove every account is yours |
| The5ers Futures | Limited | Only 25K and 50K accounts, up to $75,000 in total |
| Top One Futures | Allowed | Up to 10 or 20 accounts, depending on the plan |
| Funded Futures Family | Not allowed, per our firm data | Explicitly forbids hedging between accounts |
| The Trading Pit Futures | Restricted | Its terms list copying trades among prohibited practices |
| Earn2Trade | Forbidden | They can deny accounts and withdrawals if you used a copier |

The real risk is opposite positions. Several firms forbid having one account long and another short on the same contract, even for a few seconds and because of a glitch. And that is exactly what a copier that drifts causes: a follower does not close, you open the other way on the lead and end up hedged without meaning to. On Reddit we found two cases of traders who had five accounts each closed by Take Profit Trader for "counter trading", after a Tradesyncer failure. The protection that would prevent it, Hedge Guard, is not available yet.
It scores 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with 669 reviews. But almost every 5 star review is a thank you to support, from accounts with one or two reviews, because the company invites reviews after each chat. The reviews about the copier tell a different story. Our review analysis, above, breaks it down.
What comes up most, on Trustpilot and Reddit:
If you are going to use it, this routine comes from its own help center and from users' experience:
Tradesyncer is convenient and complete: it runs in the cloud, connects almost everything futures firms use and includes a journal and account tracker at no extra cost. For traders with a few accounts on Tradovate or Rithmic who use simple brackets and keep an eye on the panel, it does the job.
But it is still in beta, its rare failures can blow several accounts at once, the protection against opposite positions is not out yet and its liability is limited to one month of subscription. Only use it at firms that allow copying and are not strict about hedging across accounts. And start with a few accounts.
Who it is for: futures traders with several Tradovate or Rithmic accounts who want to copy without leaving their computer on.
Who it is not for: anyone trading with trailing stops or multiple targets, anyone relying on ProjectX accounts as lead, and anyone with accounts at firms that punish any hedging across accounts.
We read 306 of its 669 reviews (every 1 to 4 star review and the 164 most recent 5 star ones), on 8 October 2026.
Users value per-account multipliers, mini to micro mapping, the built-in journal and trading from TradingView or mobile. They miss more order types and alerts when an account stops copying.
★★★★★“10/10 software simply because it has contract multipliers. also good customer service”
The most divisive point. Many users say it copies well most of the time, but there are dozens of detailed cases of trades not copied, closes not reaching followers or orders in the opposite direction, with prop firm accounts blown. Several agree you have to watch every trade.
★★★★★“The software works, but sometimes even though you have all account connected and enabled, it straight up just doesn’t copy the trade, thus failing the only job it has.”
★★★★★“First of all Tradesyncer works 98% of the time correctly. This is just to share that one needs to monitor trades when taken.”
Users without issues see good value in getting a copier and journal together. Those with issues find it expensive. Charges after the free trial without refund come up repeatedly, because the cancellation was not completed.
★★★★★“I asked kindly to refund my recent billing. I was 1 day late to cancel. I get forwarded to a live person after speaking to their bot regarding my mistake of not cancelling it yesterday.”
The interface is described as clean and intuitive and setup as quick. The most repeated complaint is having to reconnect broker connections, sometimes before every session.
★★★★★“I like tradsyncher. It works on mobile and the ux is easy to operate. Their support is fast and reliable.”
★★★★★“only way to somewhat guarantee this wont happen to you is to tediously reconnect every account everytime you take a trade.”
Most 5 star reviews thank support agents by name and mention replies within minutes, also at night. Negative reviews tell a different story: curt replies, requests for logs and screenshots to investigate, and unanswered cases.
★★★★★“Brock helped me out very quickly”
★★★★★“When I contacted support, instead of fixing their own mistakes, they expected me to gather logs, screenshots, timestamps, and basically do all the investigative work myself.”
When it replied publicly, it usually blamed the broker or the connection and once asked for a review to be removed. It has not replied on Trustpilot since December 2025. Some users say they learned about outages on Discord rather than from a notice.
★★★★★“Easy to use and quick and helpful customer service!”
★★★★★“Tradesyncer is a great product for being able to copy from/to rithmic/tradovate props. I wasn’t able to find a cloud solution until these guys came along.”
★★★★★“Rithmic and Tradovate connections work very smoothly and reliably with each other while copying. copying between dx feed and others is where i noticed some occasional issues.”
★★★★★“this shit copy traded my losing trade across all accounts, and the very next minute I hit a huge winning trade and it didn't copy trade my winning trade.”
★★★★★“This Copysoftware sometimes opens a Trade against you (other direction) on all accounts when Stopploss or Takeprofit is hit. The support paid my money back!”
★★★★★“Platform is great overall. It just gets frustrating when I get rate limited after only after placing one trade.”
It replied to one in ten analysed reviews, almost all negative, until December 2025. It usually explains that fills and slippage depend on the broker and asks users to open a ticket. Some replies sound defensive.
“Hello, fills are always handled by the broker. Tradesyncer only places the orders. This isn’t a mistake by us, so we kindly ask you to take that into account when leaving a review.”
“Our website has steadily been up. The 404 is because of an issue on your internet providers end. Please remove this review.”
“The rate limit is caused by tradovate restrictions; we're in close contact with them but so far it can't be increased. Please take this in consideration when reviewing. Also; if you use dxFeed or Rithmic this has no limitations”
Can you trust these reviews?
Trustpilot states the company invites its customers to review, and it shows: almost every 5 star review comes from accounts with one or two reviews in total, right after a support chat. That does not make them fake, but they measure customer service more than the copier. Negative reviews are detailed and consistent with each other. There is no Trustpilot alert on the company today.
